Event Day Schedule:

Please plan to arrive early and allow extra time for parking and meeting your group.

Event Site Opens  7:00 a.m.
5K Run Starts  7:45 a.m.
5K Walk Starts  8:30 a.m.
Ready to Eat...The Dock is OPEN!  9:00 a.m.

These talented artists will be onsite to paint participants faces or arms on a first come first serve basis.

The Dock Food Vendor Information:The Dock at Montrose Harbor
This year The Dock is letting us give you a pre-purchasing deal of $7.50 per meal!
Meal includes your choice of: Italian Beef or Veggie Burger or 2 Hot Dogs, chips and a drink (water or soda)
Food will be available between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m
Items will also be available for individual purchase at the event.

If you purchased your tickets in advance, please pick them up at the Information Tent. As the purchaser, you will be required to pick up the entire ticket order and distribute them.

Don't forget! You can save $1.50 - $2.50 by purchasing in advance! It’s a steal of a deal!
Last day to pre-purchase meals is Wednesday, May 9th!

Cupcakes for Courage:
Cupcakes for Courage dessert truck will be rolling up at 9:30 a.m.

Rewards Tent Information:

$35: Event shirt
$300: Event shirt and LED light item
$600: Event shirt, LED light item and Water Bottle
$1,000: Event shirt, LED light item, Water Bottle and Club 1K Commemorative Item 

Be sure to send in donations early to receive your rewards. Send donations via certified mail and include this printable donation form so we can properly credit your fundraising page. Rewards status is based on Individual and Team Fundraising totals posted on their web pages on Monday, May 7th. 

Walkers please pick up your rewards at the May 12 at the event. Runners will receive their rewards at packet pick-up. 
The Rewards Tent will be open after the run begins (approximately 7:45 a.m.)

Packet Pick Up for RUNNERS ONLY:
Runners are REQUIRED to pick up their packet (timing chip, bib and rewards) in advance, which will alleviate long lines and allow participants to arrive closer to the race start time. Packet pick-up will be hosted at

The main event will be in Grove 16, just West of the Montrose Beach House. Parking is available close to the event site, but is limited. We strongly encourage the use of public transportation and carpooling.
