Thanks for visiting my Path to Progress 5K Run/Walk personal fundraising page. I've committed to participating in the ABTA Run/Walk on April 23,2017, and fundraising for this worthwhile organization. The money I raise will help support the research and patient/family support programs of ABTA. I'll be one of thousands participating in this amazing and successful event.
I hope I can count on your support. No matter how small or large the amount, every dollar counts! You can make a donation to my fundraising campaign here by clicking on the Support box at the upper right-hand side of my page. If you prefer to write a check, just contact me.
I am walking in memory of our dear friend, Will Hicks, who lost his courageous battle to a brain tumor in November, 2010 at the age of 25. He was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer in January 2010 and never lost his will to live and his wonderful spirit throughout his battle. He never gave up hope and taught me so much about life in the 11 months of his fight.
That courage is what motivates me to work for this great cause.
I hope you will join me to help fund the research necessary to overcome this deadly disease.
