Team Super Lucy will be participating in the BT5K Chicago Breakthrough for Brain Tumors Run & Walk for the second year in a row on April 23, 2017.
Lucy has been receiving chemotherapy treatment on a weekly basis since March 4, 2016 in an effort to stop her optic glimoa brain tumor from growing. Her final treatment will be April 12, 2017. So far the treatment has not only stopped her tumor from growing, but her last three MRI scans have shown that her tumor is shrinking! Lucy has been a rockstar throughout the course of her treatment. She is strong, resilient and one of the happiest kids around. We hope you can join Team Super Lucy to support brain tumor awareness and celebrate the end of Lucy's chemotherapy regimen!
