Each day 500 people will be diagnosed with a brain tumor. My dad was one them and his fight against brain tumors is why I will be participating in the American Brain Tumor Association’s Breakthrough for Brain Tumors 5K Run & Walk. He lost his battle after 21 months, but I am still fighting. Each year, the Breakthrough for Brain Tumors 5K Run & Walk provides critical funding for brain tumor research and for supportive patient care.
I am participating and fundraising to maintain and strengthen the critical resources that make such a profound difference in the lives of brain tumor patients and their families. This will be the 6th BT5K I have been a part of and raised money for since 2013. Please help me continue to support this fight.
