Dear Family and Friends,
Although 2017 was a challenging year with my needing to go back on chemo, I am happy to say that I am treatment-free as of now, and my brain tumor is stable. We now just pray that my tumor will remain stable for many years to come, and hope that researchers (like those funded by the ABTA!) will discover newer and better treatments so that they are around when I (and, of course, others) need them!
We so hope that you will help us support the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) by joining Team Hope and walking or running with us on April 22nd, and/or donating to our team.
Last year, Team Hope broke a record and raised $69,979, and we had 210 (!!) team members!! It was an incredible year. So much more needs to be done though, so we encourage you to help out again this year!
JOIN TEAM HOPE!
Please join Chad, Izzy and me at this year's 5k run/walk on the morning of Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Soldier Field. Help us support the nearly 700,000 people currently living with a brain tumor. You can join our team (Team Hope) by clicking the "Join Juliana's Team" button on the right.
Please also consider making a donation to the American Brain Tumor Association in support of our team’s efforts. Click the "Donate Now" button on the right.
Thank you so much for supporting our efforts on behalf of brain tumor patients, their families, and the researchers pursuing the breakthroughs.
Juliana, Chad and Izzy :)
