Dear Family and Friends,
We are so excited to once again be participating in the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) BT5K! This will be our 15th year in a row participating, and as a special treat, Izzy and our cousin, Lauren Sadkin, will be singing the national anthem this year!
In addition, this year, Team Hope is even stronger because we have teamed up with the Smith Family (our good friends who live in Wilmette). We met the Smiths through a playgroup set-up 11 years ago, and I have been friends with Erin ever since. Unfairly, her wonderful husband, Ned, was diagnosed with a Grade IV glioblastoma just a few months ago.
So, now we are even more motivated to raise as much money as possible and have the biggest team we can to show Ned he has lots of support! Please join Team Hope and walking or running with us on SATURDAY, April 13, 2019 in the morning at the Soldier Field Stadium Green in Chicago, and/or donate to our team.
JOIN TEAM HOPE!
Please join Chad, Izzy and me AND the Smith Family at this year's 5k run/walk on the morning of Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Soldier Field. Help us support the nearly 700,000 people currently living with a brain tumor. You can join our team (Team Hope) by clicking the "Join Our Team" button on the right.
Please also consider making a donation to the American Brain Tumor Association in support of our team’s efforts. Click the "Donate Now" button on the right.
Thank you so much for supporting our efforts on behalf of brain tumor patients, their families, and the researchers pursuing the breakthroughs.
Juliana, Chad and Izzy :)
