Each day, 500 people will be diagnosed with a brain tumor.
There are nearly 700,000 people in the U.S. currently living with a primary brain and central nervous system tumor.
This year, nearly 17,000 people will lose their battle with a primary malignant and central nervous system brain tumor.
As a brain tumor survivor, to show my continued support, I, along with Team Glassing, will once again be participating in the American Brain Tumor Association’s (ABTA) BT5K Twin Cities Breakthrough
for Brain Tumors Run & Walk!
The money raised by the BT5K will provide critical funding for brain tumor research and for supportive patient care.
If you would like to join Team Glassing on October 13 at the BT5K, please click on the "JOIN TEAM" link below.
If you would like to support me in my efforts by making a safe and secure donation to the ABTA, please click on the “DONATE NOW" link below.
If you would like to donate, but you would rather mail your donation, please follow the link for the instructions that can be found just above the list of “Sponsors” towards the bottom of this page.
Your donation not only supports brain tumor patients and their families, but it also supports the breakthrough research to improve, extend and ultimately save lives!
Remember, your donation is tax-deductible!
You can learn more about the American Brain Tumor Association at www.abta.org.
Many employers participate in some form of “donor matching” system. Be sure to ask your employer if they participate in such a program! This is a great way for you to double your donation!
Whether you choose to donate, walk, run, skip, or even hop, every little bit helps!
On behalf of all of the brain tumor survivors, our families, and myself, thank you in advance for all of your love and support! We couldn’t do any of this without you!!!
With all my love,
