Deadline to Register for the Conference
To guarantee your seat, online, phone, email, mail and fax registration will be accepted until Friday, July 28, 2017. We will be accepting walk-in registrations based upon availability. We encourage advanced registration so we can have an accurate registration count and to ensure we are providing enough meals for all attendees.

Westin O'Hare

The conference will be held at The Westin O’Hare. It is located just five minutes from the airport and a mere 20 minutes from downtown Chicago.  The Westin O’Hare has been recently renovated and offers complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from O’Hare Airport. 

Daily Rate for single or double standard guestroom is $135 per night. The group rate available until July 20, 2017 and subject to availability.

The Westin O'Hare Details

  • Check-in at the hotel is 3 p.m.
  • Check-out is 12 p.m. 
  • Pet Friendly Hotel - Your furry friends are invited to stay with the hotel. The Westin welcome dogs under 40lbs and the acceptance of other pets is at the hotel's discretion.
  • Non-Smoking or Vaping Policy – The Westin is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Smoking or vaping in public spaces or guestrooms in the hotel will result in a fine.
  • The hotel offers Complimentary High Speed Internet Access in Guestrooms for meeting registrants in ABTA’s hotel block.  
  • Discounted overnight and day parking is $10.00 per day/night in the self-park lot.  You will receive a ticket once you enter the lot.  Keep that ticket.  You will receive another ticket for the discounted parking at registration.  Once you leave the lot, first insert the ticket you received upon entering the lot, then insert the ticket you receive from registration to apply the discount and pay before you exit.
