(This event is open to everyone in the brain tumor community; you do not have to be a patient of the hospital to attend.)

Who attends this meeting?+

Brain Tumor Patients, Families, Caregivers, and Healthcare Professionals.

This event is open to everyone in the brain tumor community; you do not have to be a patient of the hospital to attend.

 

About how many participants are you expecting?+

We are expecting approximately 75-100 attendees.

 

Can a friend or caregiver accompany me?+

Absolutely!  We welcome anyone who is interested in joining us.  All attendees are required to register.  If you’d like to register additional people when you register, please follow the instructions at the end of your registration process that will guide you for registering additional people.

 

How much does the meeting cost to attend?+

This is meeting is free of charge. Day-of event self-parking at Piedmont is located in the North Garage. Day of event self-parking is complimentary for registered attendees with a validated ticket.

 

What is the deadline to register for the meeting? Will walk-in registrations be accepted?+

Due to an overwhelming response, advanced registration is now closed and we can no longer accept walk-in registrations.  If you would like the presentations emailed to you after the meeting, please contact info@abta.org.

 

Will food & drink be provided during the day?+

Yes, a light breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Where do I park and how much does parking cost?+

Day-of event self-parking at Piedmont is located in the North Garage.  You will have to pull a ticket for the garage gate to lift.  Day of event self-parking is complimentary for registered attendees with a validated ticket received at ABTA Registration and Check-in.
