Brain Tumor Patients, Families, Caregivers, and Healthcare Professionals.

This event is open to everyone in the brain tumor community; you do not have to be a patient of the hospital to attend.

 

About how many participants are you expecting?+

We are expecting approximately 75-100 attendees.

 

How much does the meeting cost to attend?+

This is meeting is free of charge

Hospital Parking is free and Parking Lot 7 is the closest to the Shroffel Conference Center.

 

What is the deadline to register for the meeting? Will walk-in registrations be accepted?+

Online, phone, email and fax registration will be accepted until April 17, 2017.  We will be accepting walk-in registrations based upon availability. We encourage advanced registration so we can have an accurate registration count and to ensure we are providing enough meals for all attendees.

 

Will food & drink be provided during the day?+

Yes, a light breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
