Brain Tumor Patients, Families, Caregivers, and Healthcare Professionals.

This event is open to everyone in the brain tumor community.

About how many participants are you expecting?+

We are expecting approximately 75-100 attendees.

 

Can a friend or caregiver accompany me?+

Absolutely!  We welcome anyone who is interested in joining us.  All attendees are required to register.  If you’d like to register additional people when you register, please follow the instructions at the end of your registration process that will guide you for registering additional people.

 

How much does the meeting cost to attend?+

This is meeting is free of charge

 

What is the deadline to register for the meeting? Will walk-in registrations be accepted?+

Online, phone, email and fax registration will be accepted until September 18, 2017.  We will be accepting walk-in registrations based upon availability. We encourage advanced registration so we can have an accurate registration count and to ensure we are providing enough meals for all attendees.

 

Will food & drink be provided during the day?+

Yes, a light breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Where do I park and how much does parking cost?+

Follow York Avenue south and turn right onto East 66th Street. The garage is located about a quarter of a block from the corner, on the right (north) side of 66th Street.

For overflow. please park in one of several nearby commercial garages:

  • 67th Street between First and York Avenues, on the left (south) side of the street
  • 69th Street between First and Second Avenues (four garages available)
  • 65th Street between First and Second Avenues (three garages available)
