Did you know there are 700,000 people in the U.S. living with a brain tumor and 500 more are diagnosed every day? In 2014, I was one of those people when I was diagnosed with a brainstem glioma. It was amazing organizations like the American Brain Tumor Association that gave me hope during that time. The American Brain Tumor Association not only supports brain tumor patients and their families, but it also supports the breakthrough research to improve, extend and ultimately save lives.
To show my support, I will be biking a grueling 40 miles in the upcoming 2019 TD Five Boro Bike Tour in honor of the American Brain Tumor Association. Money raised will provide critical funding for brain tumor research and for supportive patient care.
You can support me in my efforts by making a donation to the American Brain Tumor Association.
