If you have a donor that does not wish to donate online, please ask them to make their checks payable to the American Brain Tumor Association. Be sure to include your name and Marathon team on a note along with the check(s).

The 2008 Marathon Team included 90 runners who raised $134,000 for the ABTA. Join our Path to Progress.
2009 Path to Progress Marathon Team Benefits:
- Opportunity to sign up for the CARA Marathon Training Program at a discounted fee ($25 CARA Membership + $129 CARA Marathon Training Program).

- Fundraising guidance and online tools to help you with your fundraising goal.
- A pre-event pasta dinner for the Path to Progress Marathon Team and family members.
- Exclusive event day access to Charity Village and the Path to Progress Marathon Team tent for you, your family and friends.
Amenities include: private gear check, food, beverages, massage therapists, etc.
- A Path to Progress Marathon Team Running Shirt
- Alumni runners that reach or surpass their fundraising commitment will receive a free entry to the 2010 Bank of America Chicago Marathon if they participate in the ABTA's Path to Progress Marathon Team.
- The pride that your endurance to run 26.2 miles and your fundraising efforts will contribute to much needed brain tumor research and patient and caregiver service.
2009 Path to Progress Marathon Team Commitments:
- Register for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon - $125 entry fee
- Raise a minimum of $800.00 for the ABTA by November 13, 2009.

Please join the American Brain Tumor Association's Path to Progress Marathon Team. Proceeds from your fundraising efforts support the ABTA's mission to fund brain tumor research and provide patient and caregiver programs.
In 2008, ABTA awarded more than $2.6 million to researchers searching for a brain tumor cure, and more than 1.3 million services and resources to brain tumor patients and their families.
